In IgniteWV, entrepreneurs can compete for more than $100,000 in capital to launch or expand their West Virginia-registered business idea. It’s simple:

IgniteWV Timeline

January 18: Submit a 90-second video pitch

February 1: IgniteWV announces finalists

February: (4 weeks) IgniteWV participate in the National Science Foundation’s Innovation Corps Program (open to all West Virginia entrepreneurs)

March: IgniteWV staff offers coaching to finalists

April 10: Finalists present a live pitch with Q&A by judges in Huntington, W.V.
