Day 62: Denied

Today, the university denied the College of Law’s appeal. The College of Law will be forced to RIF faculty.

Next Wednesday, the University Assembly assembly (the full WVU faculty) will meet to consider a Resolution of No Confidence in the Leadership of E. Gordon Gee and a Resolution to Freeze the Academic Transformation Process.

It is unclear what right faculty members have to comment on the “Academic Transformation” process.
